Revolutionizing the barre method. Lift, tone, burn and add flexibility all in one! An athletic activation series encompassing a high-energy workout that builds lean muscle, burns fat, increases ROM (range of motion) and helps you strive toward a more lean and fit you. This class combines yoga/pilates, athletic movement, core conditioning and toning for a total body sculpting workout. We utilize a ballet barre (for stabilization & deep ROM), light hand weights, resistance bands, playground balls, and your body’s weight as resistance for functional strength and dynamic movement designed to work each muscle group to exhaustion. Classes are highly energetic, fast- paced and fun. This 60 min class is a great intro class for beginner to advanced. Room will be heated to around 80 degrees with humidity.
