Carrie has spent her life passionately involved with athletics, fitness, wellness, and yoga. She is trained in teaching strength and conditioning as well as PYTT 200 Hour RYT certified. Her teachings are focused on listening to your body, setting goals, reaching goals, and always keeping it fun!
