An avid runner & former gymnast with an extensive background in dance, Melanie brings her passions for endurance, strength and flexibility to her classes. A busy mom of two, Melanie understands the commitment it takes to develop athletic potential, or to simply be fit and healthy. She loves really getting to know her class members, identifying their personal goals and building their confidence by stretching them physically and mentally. Melanie makes each session an opportunity to push limits and celebrate success.
